Agreement

These terms govern your use of OrganizeMePhotos at organizemephotos.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

OrganizeMePhotos is a free, browser-based tool that organizes photos you select on your device. Processing (EXIF reading, folder layout, renaming, and ZIP creation) runs in your browser. We do not upload your photo files to a server.

The site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Using the organizer does not require an account.

Batch limits

Each batch is limited to 300 images or 2GB, whichever you hit first. These limits exist so the browser can finish processing without running out of memory. If you have more photos, run additional batches.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you process. You are responsible for having the right to use those files on your device. Because processing is local, we do not host, license, or redistribute your images.

Acceptable use

Use the site only in a lawful way. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or misuse advertising on the pages.

Advertising

Ads from Google and its partners may appear on the site. Those ads can use cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads do not receive your photo files.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that organization results, EXIF parsing, or ZIP downloads will be error-free or fit a particular purpose. Browser memory, file format quirks, and missing EXIF data can affect results. Keep your own copies of original files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrganizeMePhotos and its operator are not liable for lost photos, failed downloads, advertising content, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
