Overview

OrganizeMePhotos is a free, browser-based photo organizer at organizemephotos.com. This policy explains how the tool handles your photos, what information is processed in your browser, and how advertising cookies from Google may be used on the site. The Terms of Service also apply.

In-browser photo processing

Photos you select stay on your device. OrganizeMePhotos does not upload your images to a server, does not store them in our cloud, and does not transmit photo files or EXIF contents to our infrastructure. Folder structure, renaming, duplicate handling, and ZIP creation all run locally in your browser using JavaScript.

Optional batch history is saved in your browser with IndexedDB so you can revisit a recent ZIP on the same device. That data never leaves your browser unless you download it. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

Information we do not collect from photos

• We do not receive copies of your photo files.
• We do not receive EXIF metadata such as dates, camera model, or GPS tags.
• We do not create an account or require a sign-in to use the organizer.

Cookies, advertising, and Google AdSense

This site is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-3401611566976758) to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your activity across the web.

These advertising technologies are separate from photo processing. Ads do not get access to the photos you organize in this tool.

Analytics and performance

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand anonymous traffic and page performance (for example, visit counts and Core Web Vitals). These tools are not used to identify you and do not receive your photos.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel. Advertising is provided by Google. Launch badges in the footer may load images from third-party sites such as Product Hunt, LaunchIgniter, and ToolFame. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Children

OrganizeMePhotos is a general-audience tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through advertising cookies on this site, contact us and we will help address it with the relevant provider.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or advertising setup changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
